Neither Kanvasd nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Booking and/or receiving a procedure/treatment

If you book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from Kanvasd, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of Kanvasd's terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not understand and accept Kanvasd’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, do not book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from Kanvasd. A booking deposit is required in advance for all procedure/treatment bookings. If you require any assistance to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact one of our staff members who will be more than willing to assist you.

Payment

Kanvasd requires full payment of your procedure/treatment immediately after or before your procedure/treatment. Payment can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, Bank Transfer or Afterpay. If full payment is not made in accordance with our terms and conditions, Kanvasd reserves the right to pursue you for payment of our fees, outlays, interest and costs associated with recovering such amounts.

Appointment Cancellation / Appointment Rescheduling 

Kanvasd requires a minimum of 24 hours appointment cancellation notice or appointment rescheduling notice prior to your appointment. Patient’s who cancel or change their appointment with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit their booking deposit.

Right to refuse 

Kanvasd’s staff reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, in accordance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

Consultation 

Kanvasd's medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.

Follow-Up Appointments

Wrinkle relaxing follow ups are to be completed two weeks post treatment. With the exception of masseters, hyperhidrosis and trapezius which is four weeks post treatment. Patients looking for a follow up more than a week after the proposed follow up timeline will pay the additional treatment cost. Nil guarantees have been made regarding complimentary follow ups and patients should expect to pay for any additional units needed.​

Complimentary follow ups are not offered to large muscle groups (masseters, hyperhidrosis, trapezes, if the patient requires more dosing it will be at a cost to them.

Volume replacement follow ups are to be completed four weeks post treatment. Follow ups that are outside a reasonable timeline post treatment will be an additional treatment cost. Nil guarantees have been made regarding complimentary follow ups and patients should expect to pay for any additional treatment needed. If the patient is simply wanting more volume, this will be at a cost to them. Follow up appointments are for adjusting the treatment for optimal results.

Sales/Promotions issued or advertised by Kanvasd

Not in conjunction with any other offer. Treatment/procedure packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another. Promotional pricing not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.

Offer is for a limited time only and is subject to availability. Kanvasd reserves the right to end a sale/promotion or amend pricing at any time without prior notification or advertisement. Promotion pricing applies to specified procedures/treatments only. Kanvasd's medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable. This decision is to be made by the Kanvasd medical practitioner at their absolute discretion.

Promotions/Sales are not available on weekend or public holiday appointments. Some promotions are valid with specific staff members only. No guarantees have been made regarding promotions.

Child Policy

Due to health and safety, and the nature of the treatments provided, children are not permitted at the clinic. IF they are required to come to the clinic they MUST be supervised by an adult in the reception who takes full responsibility for the baby/child. Unfortunately if a child is brought to the clinic and unable to be supervised by an adult (not receiving treatment), your nurse will have to refuse your treatment and your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Running Late Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. However treatments must begin on time to allow for the appropriate amount of time to complete your service.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will loose your booking deposit and will be required to rebook online.
